We are short-term rental investors and own a boutique co-hosting company located in Raleigh, North Carolina. We partner with homeowners to strategize and manage their STR property.

We started our journey back in 2019 by renting out the basement of our home while both working full-time. Fast forward seven years, and we now manage 35 listings, including four rental properties we own, and we’ve been able to leave our traditional jobs to focus on what we love.
